What it is

Our Rich Pictures help organisations see the full story behind complex customer, team and stakeholder relationships in a way that traditional reports often miss. Built from interviews, workshops and real-world insight, they visually map the tensions, patterns, frustrations, dependencies and opportunities that exist across a relationship or programme.

Why it works

Rather than reducing complexity into disconnected bullet points, a Rich Picture creates a shared view of what is really going on — helping leadership teams align faster, surface hidden issues earlier, and make better strategic decisions together.

How we use them

A Rich Picture often sits alongside a VOC or workshop programme as the artefact leadership returns to. It becomes the single image a board, a customer and an account team can all point at and agree: this is the territory we are working in.
